Nicole is a real gem. She is from South Africa, working with us through the H2A program. She has a medical background, but quickly fell in love with farming. She is as brave as they come, always ready to try new jobs on the farm, including any and all equipment operating. Nicole’s personality is like a ray of sunshine and her smile is infectious. 2024 is her first year with us on the farm, but we truly feel like we have known her forever. Her work ethic is second to none, this gal does not know how to sit still, and we love her for it.
In addition to farming, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She is a great cook and has a knack for sewing. Nicole is innovative, crafty, thinks outside the box, and loves animals. She has a dog named Bella and a cat named Lucy, both of which are missed dearly while she is here in the states. Nicole never backs down from a challenge. She is as sweet as they come, but has the ability to delicately set you straight when necessary. Nicole is a problem solver and is eager to help those in need, both people and animals. We would truly be lost without her.
